REPLACEMENT POLICY

Raa One being a market place facilitator only, the replacement policy is decided between the buyer and seller before placement of the order and shall be duly recorded on the website as confirmed between the buyer and seller.

The process as provided on the website .

  • The Buyer on checking and inspection of the goods has to confirm receipts of goods as per order (Quantity and Quality), in the time period agreed to between him and the Seller or a Maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of goods, as per the system.
  • Should the Buyer for some valid reasons, demands replacement of a product(s), the buyer must first raise the dispute within the inspection period decided between him and seller and then he must submit documentary proof to the seller, in support of his demand for replacement. The terms of replacement and costs will have to be discussed between the Buyer and Seller themselves, through the Chat facility on the portal. Only on resolution of the dispute, payment will be made.

RETURN POLICY

REFUND POLICY

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via Axis Bank within 14 to 20 working days.
